Press Release Summary = Fiona Page is taking part in the Hearts First charity swim

Press Release Body = CODESTONE'S Fiona Page is hoping to make a splash when she
takes part in a gruelling charity sea swim.

The online marketing assistant has gone from being an occasional recreational
swimmer to taking part in the British Heart Foundation's Hearts First Swim.
At 1.4miles, the event between Bournemouth and Boscombe Pier is thought to be the
UK's longest offshore charity swim.

"I slept for two days after my first big training session", said the 24-year-old
who works at Poole technology firm Codestone.

"But it's getting better now - I find if I train in the morning before work I'm much
more focused throughout the day.

"My sponsor form has been around the office and my colleagues at Codestone have
given great support.

"I am a little worried about how tough it will be if the weather is as wet and windy
as it has been. But I've promised myself a holiday in Spain as an incentive and a
chance to recover."

Fiona, who lives in Bournemouth, has been swimming up to 90 lengths at the
Littledown Leisure Centre in preparation for the challenge on July 22. The charity
event is one of the biggest highlights of the year with up to 1,000 people taking
part.
